Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall

CFV is proud to welcome the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program at Joint Base Myer–Henderson Hall as a new resource to help provide food security for Veterans in need.

The BOSS program is built on three core components that support a balanced military life: leisure and recreation, community service, and quality of life. These pillars empower Service Members to give back while strengthening their own sense of purpose and connection. This powerful connection creates meaningful opportunities for those currently serving to stand alongside Veterans in need—bridging service across generations.

During CFV’s January 24, 2026, meal delivery, five BOSS members joined the CFV team. They arrived enthusiastic, eager, and ready to take on any task needed to ensure a successful delivery. Their energy and dedication embodied the spirit of service that drives CFV’s mission forward to make a lasting impact. CFV is thankful for the BOSS members’ time, support, and continued service!
